Need to survey a group of people? Want your results already complied? Want it to be free? Survey Monkey is the answer. You can sign-up for the basic account for free. You are limit to 10 questions and 100 respondents. You can send out the survey anonymously or put in email addresses to see who has responded. There are 15 types of questions and you can require a response.
There are ways to have more than 10 questions. Here is an example where I had one question with 15 parts.

Thanks so much for introducing me to this! It's a priceless tool!
I do like Survey Monkey, but ran into a problem when I did my Client Survey: we had more than 10 questions to ask. So, I turned to kwiksurveys. It was pretty user friendly. They have unlimited questions plus many more features. This survey creator is also FREE!! http://www.kwiksurveys.com/
I liked Survey Monkey and used it last year for several surveys. But like Debbie, I also ran into issues with having more then 10 questions, so I used Google Docs to create a form. It is not as fancy, but will collect data for you to analysis and it is free.
Great idea, Bethany. I didn't know you could create it in Google Docs! Thanks for sharing!
When I did my client survey it was one question with 15 parts.
