I love learning about and using shortcut keys and the Ctrl key has become one of my favorites. That one little key can do so much!
Here are a couple of ways to use the Ctrl key:
You are browsing the web, and don't want to lose the website you are currently on, Ctrl + T will open another Tab for you.
Accidentaly close a window that you want to reopen, Ctrl + Shift + T saves the day!
Need to copy a web address, just press Ctrl + L and voila, copied and ready to paste!
